Conoor Kattery Park

Kattery Park was created over an area of 2 acres land in 2011 by the Horticulture Department.The flower beds were set here and there in the parks by using domestic and foreign flowers,which are starting to blossoms on the plant.The Rennimedu Railway Station,the waterfalls, Green Tea Estate surroundings and Trees are the other attractions of this nature park.

Although there is a decreased number of tourists arrival to this park, it becomes one of the dream photographic place for the photographers.Especially the photographers show more interest to take wedding photos of newlyweds.It becomes best shooting spot not only for the Nilgiri photographers but also for the photographers from another district such as Coimbatore, Erode, Selam, and Chennai.The profit would be increased if increased shooting chances will be made by  the effort of Horticulture Department people.
