Summer Rain started yesterday in Ooty and Coonoor

Due to summer rain,nice and warm weather prevailed in Ooty and Coonoor yesterday.

 

The Public were suffered due to a very hot climate in Coonoor and Ooty for the past few days.Forest Fire delayed at multiple locations of Nilgiri District.Yesterday morning the forest fire occurred at the places including Ooty Tigerhill area,Coonoor, and Gandhipuram.The fire department people came and controlled the fire which occurred at Gandhipuram.

 

Yesterday afternoon suddenly the summer rain began to fall at Coonoor and its surrounding areas including Wellington, Aruvankadu, and Barracks.Summer downpour more than two hours.So warm climate encroaching in Coonoor.

 

There were good wind blows in Ooty yesterday due to heavy rain.Thus, the tourists who came to botanical garden enjoyed the summer rain.If this rain continues there is a possibility of chill climate in Ooty for the coming days also.
