Barrier wall built at Orchard in Coonoor Sims Park

Coonoor Sim’s Park which is run by the Horticulture Department.It is one of the major tourist destination in Coonoor.There is an Orchard situated near to this park.The wild Bison which frequently comes to the Orchard and destroys the plants of the field and electric fences also damaged by the Wild Bison.So the director of  Horticulture Department Mrs.Archana Patnayak did a research yesterday.

She said,"A Thousand meters long wall will be built at Orchard of Sim's Park in order to prevent the Wild animals from entering into this place.I did a research about that and I am also going to do an analysis in Coonoor Kattery Park where planting of new seedlings and the tourist development plans will be established to entertain the tourists, she added"
