Since the beginning of summer season in Ooty,there are a large number of tourists are coming to  visit Ooty Doddabetta Peak.

Doddabetta is one of the tallest mountain peaks in South India.The visual tower was constructed inorder to attract the tourists.The tourists are viewing dense forests and Picturesque valleys of Ooty City through Telescope.

The way to Doddabetta was uneven, last month this road had been aligned properly.Now, there are numerous tourists coming to visit this place.

Dhoddabetta Mountain Peak gives feast to the eyes of the visitors.The arrival of tourists to Ooty has been increased due to the summer season.So there occurs a high traffic congestion.As the parking place in Dhoddabetta is less, so many of the tourists are in a need to park their vehicle at the street ends.

The tourists are demanding the relevant authorities to take action to set parking place.

There are numerous tourists from other states including Karnataka and Kerala are coming to visit Ooty.Most of them are reaching Ooty through Theppakad-Masinagudi- Kallatty road.Thus, there occurs a heavy traffic on this road.Especially on the weekend days thousands of tourists are flock to Ooty Boat House.So the vehicles will go one by one due to heavy traffic.

In some time, the wild animals are suffered while crossing the road.They have been injured heavily while crossing the road due to traffic.So the social activists tell an opinion that the accidents will be reduced if the Masinagudi-Kallatti road transformed into a one-lane road.
