Black Circle Around the sun makes surprise to Ooty people

The President of Astronomical Research Center at the Muthorai Palada Dr Manohar said that the appearance of black colour around the sun is a usual one.

 

In some cases the climate gets changes and Ice will be formed due to Moisture of the air. The sun will be surrounded by a darker light circle due to the transition in the climate.

 

As such type of changes occurs once in a while, so this had been seen as a surprise by the people. This light circle will not make any problems and changes in climate.
