Diwali in Ooty
Diwali festival has been celebrated all over the country on a day before yesterday.There was a Diwali holiday for all the Educational Institutions.So thousands of tourists influx to Ooty.The tourist's crowd was high from 28th October 2016.
Most of the tourists are visiting Ooty by their Own Vehicles or by rental vehicles.Thus the traffic is increasing day by day.As the Ooty roads are narrow, so the drivers are suffering a lot to drive a vehicle.
Government Botanical Garden is one of the most leading tourist attractions in Ooty.On 29th October 2016, twenty-one thousand seven fifty tourists and yesterday around seventeen thousand people have visited this place.For the past two days, around thirty-eight thousand tourist people had arrived Ooty.
Similarly, the tourist crowd was also more at Ooty Doddabetta peak.The vehicles were parked on roadside due to lack of parking facility.So there was a heavy traffic at this place.
Due to traffic,it takes more time for the tourists to travel from one tourist place to another.As today all the Institutions and Offices are reopened after Diwali holidays, so there were also additional buses were operated from Ooty Central Bus Stand to the places such as Mettupalayam and Coimbatore.
