Heavy traffic congestion at Ooty to Gudalore road

Kamaraj Sagar Dam is located between Pine forests at Thalaikundha in Ooty.The tourists who are all visiting Shooting Spot visiting Kamaraj Sagar Dam through pine forests.

There are many tourists attractions such as Pykara Water Falls, Pykara Boat House, 6th Mile , 9th Mile shooting spots and Kamaraj Dam at Pykara.In order to visit all these attractions, the vehicles need to go on the same Ooty to Gudalur national highway.

As all the tourist vehicles are stopped at Ooty-Gudalur national highway.So heavy traffic occurs at that place.The drivers are demanding the traffic police to take prior action to control the traffic.
