Maintaining work of Ooty Botanical Garden and Coonoor Sim's Park for second season

The staffs of Ooty Botanical Garden and Coonoor Sim's Park are actively involved in maintaining work of a garden for the second season.Ooty has also described as the Queen of hill station become one of the best tourist destination in International Level.

 

Annually the first season or Summer Season in Ooty is in April and May and  Second Season is October and November.There are more than 23 million people are visiting Nilgiris during season time to enjoy Ooty nature.

 

At this stage, more than 70 varieties of flower plants including Astor, Lyneriya, Verbina, Lubin, Kosmas, Sweet William, Bettuniya, and Candula were planted in Ooty Botanical Garden  inorder to make the tourists happy who are all coming to visit the garden for a second season.Similarly, 1.5 Lakhs flower plants which will bloom in different colours were planted in Coonoor Sim's park. 

 

Since there are only two months left to begin the second season in Ooty,so the staffs of the parks are actively involved in Park Maintaining Work.Inorder to entertain the tourists different varieties of flower plants has been planted in all the parks such as Sim's park , Botanical Garden, Rose Garden, Dendrology Park and in Kattery Park. 

 

The flower seedlings will bloom in different colours in the second season.This will greatly attract the visitor.

 

The grasses are grown nicely due to monsoon rain in Nilgiri District. The Staffs are also engaged in grass maintaining work.Now the park maintaining , Grassland preparation work, Pavement Renovation and Painting works are carried out by the staffs of the park.
