Singing Concert of MRC Soldiers

Singing Concert of MRC Soldiers has been held at Coonoor yesterday.It drew more than two thousand people.

There is a military camp namely Madras Regimental Centre is also known as MRC in Indian Army.This Military Camp was launched during British rule of India.The youths from the south state such as Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Andra are selected for an army.

Training including Weapons Training, Hindi Coaching and Fitness Excercise will be given to them.After the successful completion of the training, they are taking the oaths and sending to 22 Battalions of Madras Regimental Centre.

Concert of MRC Soldiers has been held in Thangaraj Stadium at Wellington yesterday.Film songs in different languages such as Tamil, English, Hindi and Malayalam and Patriotism songs were played.Soldiers Parade also took place in this event.

More than two thousand people including Families of Soldiers, Tourists and public were drawn this event.
