The Job Role and Responsibilities

Telecalling for tourism, generate walk-ins on a daily basis, sending mailers/SMS and maintaining records, keeping customer track.

   Inbound and outbound call handling.

   Ability to multitask and quickly interpret information.

   Ability to build strong relationships with clients over phone and email.

   Skills to persuade customers and influence decisions ethically.

   High motivation; ability to work independently and in a team.

   Ability to work in a target-based environment to achieve goals.

   Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.

Compulsory Skills Required

   English (writing and speaking)

   Hindi (speaking)

   Any other language is an added advantage
