The quoted vehicle category depends on passenger count, luggage and route. Request a sedan, SUV or group vehicle and confirm its seating and inclusions with the team.
Where can you arrange pickup and drop?
Request pickup in Ooty or a starting point such as Coimbatore, Bangalore, Chennai or Mysore. Send your arrival details; long-distance transfers must be included in the quote to form part of your package.
Are meals and sightseeing tickets included?
Breakfast or other meals are included only when specified. Entry, toy-train, boating and safari tickets, lunch and dinner are separate unless expressly listed in your quotation.
How much advance do I need to pay?
The team shares the advance amount and payment schedule with your quotation after checking availability. An enquiry alone does not reserve a hotel or vehicle.
Can I cancel or reschedule the trip?
