Ooty Rail Services has started again from Today

Everyday Mountain train has been operating from Mettupalayam to Ooty and vice-versa.Not only the domestic tourists shows interest to travel in this century-old train but also the foreign tourists.

 

This famous toy train has been driven by the Steam engine from Mettupalayam to Coonoor and then from Coonoor to Ooty by Diesel engine.

 

The Rail service between Mettupalayam to Coonoor was stopped due to mudslide which happened at Hillgrove area near Coonoor.The track has been cleared and train services from Mettupalayam to Ooty has started again today.
