Wifi service introduced soon at Nilgiri Railway Stations

Century old Mountain Train is famous worldwide and it got UNESCO traditional status.As a first phase, WIFi service will be providing to the following Railway stations.

1.Ooty

2.Coonoor

3.Mettupalayam

The staffs are engaged in the work of keeping the message boards at the respective railway stations.Yesterday some of the google company staffs came to Ooty with Railway officials from Mettupalayam by Mountain train.

They have done research about Wifi service and its benefits to the passengers.Railway officials said,"As the passengers from other country and other state are more when compared to local passengers, so Wifi service will surely benefit them.There is no any official information received regarding wifi usage allowance and the time limit", they added.

Few of the railway passengers has said,"The Internet service is lagging while travelling from Mettupalayam to Coonoor.We are expecting that the problem can be cured by wifi service and we hope that the seamless Internet Service can be obtained by the Wifi service."
