Hiring Operation Executive who will be incharge of following job roles.

You will be the key person to take care of most of the official work in Ooty, need to play an individual role initially and can avail assistance in future

   Communicate with vendors and negotiate the prices and make booking in hotels and vendors.

   Handling Tour & Hotel query from clients.

   Create confirmation Vouchers and send to the client.

   Preparing Itinerary and tour costing.

   Dealing with Hotels and transporters.

   Negotiations with hotel and vendors.

   Client handling through email and phone

   Booking, Vouchers & Documentation.

   Co ordinate with client during tours and take feedback.

   Arranging Activity Like Camping, Trekking & Adventure Sports

   Basic knowledge of Computer & MS office

   Good command over the English language; both written and spoken.

   Managing Office & Handling Team members

   Managing Company Accounts

   Handling Corporate/Students Tours

   Quality management and control

Competencies and Skills Required

   Speaking Multi Language , Good online Marketing in Tourism, Content writing, ability to sell tour packages
