There is a small lake with a short walking track and a small play area for kids in MRC Wellington. It is well maintained by the Army, it can be a good relaxing place to visit during May Month.Boating also allowed during the summer season.

MRC is one of the oldest Defense Regiment of Indian army. There is a well laid out ground,Playgrounds,Quarters's,Mess and Museum around this place. There is Wellington Lake, where boating is conducted on April and May month. There is also children's play area to entertain kids. This place is amazing and it is a best place for the one who loves Defense History. You will not be allowed inside the regiment, but you can visit outer view of the Madras Regimental Centre.
